Can I return an item?

We kindly ask you to check the contents of the package after you have received the order. Does the content of the package not match your order? Please contact us at [email protected]

If an item does not meet your expectations, you may return it at your own expense within 30 days. Unsealed articles such as all self-tanners from Protan and Yourock, Shine and scrub from Protan cannot be returned.
The costs for sending the package are the responsibility of the customer.

For hygienic reasons, posing briefs and bikinis may only be returned unworn and in their unopened, original packaging with the price tag attached. If they do not comply with this, they cannot be returned. When the item is damaged, Bodytan can charge compensation.
We would like to emphasize that it is your own responsibility to send the package to the correct address. We recommend that you keep proof of postage until your refund has been processed. The costs for sending the package are the responsibility of the customer.
